What workouts do you offer and which one is for me?
We have one for everyone. We offer a range of curated workouts. We also provide an opportunity for you to upgrade your workout based on your specific face goals. Details can be found under workout description section. You are always welcome to drop-by for a free consultation with our expert face coaches.
Who is the workout for and is there any age restriction?
Our workouts are for everyone above the age of 18 for both men and women.
What results can I expect after the first session?
You will see an instant lift and glow after your first session. However, like any muscle workout, we working on building muscle memory. Commitment to regular sessions (bi-weekly or at least once a month) will provide for long-term sustained results.
How often should I get a workout?

Can I get a workout if I had skin/ face procedure (botox, filler, micro-needling etc.) done?
Yes, however, there is a recommended gap of 2-4 weeks after your botox/ filler/ micro-needling etc. sessions. Please refer to the “Is this workout for me?” section under each workout description page for more information.
Can I get a workout if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, we recommend you to get the Face Cardio workout which is a completely safe “hands-only” workout for all our moms-to-be. However, please do consult your doctor prior to visiting us.
How do I prep for my workout?
We recommend that you do not wear any make up and remove any jewellery on the neck or face (nose-pins, earrings, necklace etc.). We also recommend you wear loose fitted clothes so our coaches can access neck, shoulder and décolleté areas easily for an optimum workout experience. We also share a pre-visit consultation form with our customers which can take up to 5-10 mins to fill. It is advised to pre-fill the form prior to your arrival.
Do you perform extraction?
No, however, we perform general cleanse for all our workouts. And we also have exclusive workouts (Reset & Recover and Red Carpet Ready) that involves application of a detox mask to provide extra cleansing of your skin.
What is your payment policy?
To secure a confirmed appointment, we follow a full pre-payment policy. This is to ensure we respect time and commitment from both sides. However, we understand that sometimes there can be change in plans, for which we provide a cancellation / rescheduling policy.
What is your reschedule / cancellation policy?
You may reschedule / cancel your booked appointment no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in no refund of the pre-paid amount.
In case of cancellations, by when can I expect the refund to reflect in my account?
In most cases, the refund amount should be processed and reflect in your account within 14 working days, however, it may depend on your bank’s processing timelines.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, subject to availability of our face coaches.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our appointments are scheduled to ensure that each of our customer receives the full attention and service they deserve. We will strive our best to accommodate the full duration of your workout in case of late arrival, however, we can’t guarantee the same as it depends on our Face Coach’s availability. To ensure you receive the best service possible, we kindly request that you arrive promptly at your scheduled time.
Can I transfer my commitments to another person?
We believe that the commitments are very personal and are focussed on helping you achieve results that matter to you and us. Hence, we won’t be able to transfer your commitments once purchased.
Can I extend the validity of my commitments?
We are deeply invested in helping you achieve results in the time-frame you have signed up for. Hence, all commitments are time-boxed and it is not possible to extend the validity of the commitments.
How can I view my commitments balance?
Once you have signed-up on our website, your commitments’ balance should be visible under your account.
What is an Exclusive Flex Room?
An exclusively curated personal space where you get to workout in your privacy and enjoy a post-workout drink on us!
Do you offer home service?
We don’t offer one to one home service. However, you can find the details and submit your inquiry in the Events section.
